At Maple Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Maple Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the device is placed in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
